Uh-oh, I missed my apppointment!
Sometimes circumstances warrant that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please text (904) 416-0083, or email info@ktp-healing.com, to make the necessary modifications.
Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or we have not received notification by the 24-hour cutoff time, 50% of that visit's price will be added to your next scheduled massage appointment. That being said, we realize that there are events that may be out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.), and in certain situations, exceptions may be made.
